$1250 weekly Summer Rates (1 Oct to 30 April)

$1325 weekly Winter Rates (1 May to 30 September)

Rent due fortnightly in advance, first two weeks rent paid as a non refundable deposit to secure dates.

Two month minimum hire.  Accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests. 

One off exit cleaning fee of $250 paid with deposit.
