Garage parking available for a small car, onsite street parking for a larger car. Fully furnished, including linen, kitchen utensils, TV, washing machine and heat pump. High speed WiFi and utilities included in the rental fee.

$1250 weekly
Rent due fortnightly in advance, first two weeks rent paid as a non refundable deposit to secure dates.
Two month minimum hire. Accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests.
One off exit cleaning fee of $250 paid with deposit.
